  I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon two months ago. The coverage and speed are the same for both at least in the area that I live(Bay Area) however the sales and after sale device are totally different. The sales people misrepresent the price at T-Mobile. Your bill is totally different from what they tell you so make sure you keep all the handwritten papers as that can be helpful later. The after sale service is even more terrible, they have not trained properly so answer to your questions are different from store to store and by phone. Before I switch I was thinking that I will save 20 dollars per months however now I find out that price was for the basic service and if I want to get the same service as Verizon with hot spot I need to pay same for 4 lines. Think twice before you switch and also consider the registration fees for each line when you choose a new cellphone career. 40 dollars per line.
