  We ordered a crib and dresser from Kids N Cribs, which had a better price than other sellers. It was shipped to us in Texas and delivered by UPS freight. Through no fault of this fine retailer, the dresser took some damage in shipping that was concealed by the shipper. Left with a large, unsightly gouge in the top of the dresser, we contacted Kids N Cribs. The response was amazing. They worked with us to find a local furniture repair contractor and arranged for the dresser to be picked up, repaired, and re-delivered at no cost to us. Through the whole process, Kids N Cribs was incredibly gracious and helpful and communicative. This is truly an A+ company, and we'll be going out of our way to do business again with them in the future.
