  The staff at this GameStop were extremely helpful and knew exactly what they were talking about. I expected that picking up my game would be a long hassle, but this GameStop helped it to be a short and delightful experience! I would rate this store 10/10!

  The service as horrible. I pre-ordered call of duty way back and forgot to pick it up. I called in advance and told them I did not hve my ID but I had proof of name/address ect. I go out of my way over 30 minute drive for them to tell me I could not pick up my game. I didn't get a name but there was a small, Chinese women who was no help and a big,tall guy who said he was a temp and could not do anything because he's to scared. Horrible Service, never coming back again.
