  The customer service could use a tune up. I went in looking for something that their system showed they had three versions of and that 8 each of all 3 were in stock. I could not find any of them in the indicated section and returned to the CS counter. They radioed the staffer for the area who kept asking which one I wanted and who was told no less than three times that I wanted to look at all three to make my decision. From what she said it was clear she thought I could make my decision from the details on the web site. After three times back and forth I gave up and left. The gentleman at the CS counter also seemed a little frustrated at the situation. I can understand hoping to only have to find one out of three versions to save time, especially when it is likely that you are assuming the customer will only buy one of them, but when you've been told three times that the customer has looked at the web details and wants to see them in person, maybe you should just do it. She kept insisting on knowing which ONE I wanted, and you know what?? I could have ended up buying all three. It could have been a $70 or more sale.

  Showed up first thing this morning and received excellent customer service. When I finished shopping, the sales clerk even walked out my purchased products, to my automobile. (Currently using crutches).
