  Scott is a neighbor of mine. We talked for some time about the improvements I could do to my house. We started with a 900 sq. ft. two bedroom one bath house. Scott's ideas and designs were flawless really. He maximized and capitalized upon the existing structure. His ideas were fresh and fluid! He turned my 50 year old 900 sq. ft house into an innovative 2,250 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, two and half baths and even fit in a laundry room He increased my property value substantially and I was able to gain a 150% return on my investment. He did the same for several of the neighbors as well! I can confidently recommend Scott as a designer and builder.
